Dr. Walker’s background includes increasingly higher-level grant accounting and grant management roles with state entities, healthcare institutions, higher education, and public school districts. She has been working with Bloom Empowerment for the past three years as the acting Business Manager working together with Jackie to achieve the mission of Bloom Empowerment. While empowering today's leaders for tomorrow's success is her passion, her greatest joy has been participating in Bloom Empowerment's events.

Beyond her extensive clinical expertise, Tasia brings a deeply relatable perspective to her practice as a married mother of four. This holistic view is a cornerstone of her therapeutic approach.
Tasia, the visionary founder and dynamic Director of Operations for TMR Mental Health Care, established the private practice on compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based psychotherapy. As a leader, she oversees more than management, acting as the steward of the organization's mission and clinical excellence. Her primary goal is to cultivate an environment where both clinicians and clients can thrive and achieve their fullest potential.

Sophia Kassim is a dedicated Board of Director at Bloom Empowerment and has been part of the organization since its founding over seven years ago. As the sister of founder Jacqueline Fernandez, Sophia has played an instrumental role in helping shape the vision and heart behind the organization’s mission to support families and advocate for single mothers.
With a professional background as a paraprofessional within the New Jersey education system, Sophia has extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum and supporting students with diverse needs through patience, compassion, and care. Beyond her professional work, she is a proud mother of four who remains deeply involved in her community and passionate about creating safe, supportive environments for families.
